Print-on-demand items require 2 - 10 business days to print and manufacture before shipping.
Other products ship within 48 hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.
When a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
Any duties & taxes are specific to the recipient's country. These are billed by the carrier after the order is shipped and the responsibility of the customer.

Any Microfleur found to be defective in materials or workmanship will be replaced free of charge when returned to the distributor in its original box. Damage caused by improper use or handling is excluded from the warranty. Fill-pack materials are consumable materials and shall be replaced at the user’s cost. Transportation costs on Microfleur units submitted for replacement must be born by the purchaser.
No other warranties are expressed or implied. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Refill packs must be unopened.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as flowers and resin cannot be returned.

How long does it take for my order to ship?
Depending on the contents, orders may ship in multiple packages. Presses, press accessories, resin and bezels typically are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 days (not including Sunday). Other items may take 7 to 10 days for processing.
Your location and the shipping method selected at checkout will determine the length of time for your order to be received.
What if I lost my manual or need a different language?
