Most of our products are shipped from Wisconsin. The only exception are our apparel items which are print-on-demand.  These ship from another part of the USA, if ordered in the USA, depending on the product.

Turnaround

Print-on-demand items require 2 - 7 business days to print and manufacture before shipping.
Other products ship within 48 hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.

We use the following carriers to deliver our orders, depending on where the item is shipping to:

USPS
UPS
FedEx

Order Tracking

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.  

International Orders

Any duties & taxes are specific to the recipient's country. These are billed by the carrier after the order is shipped and the responsibility of the customer.

Back Orders

If an item goes on back order we will ship your entire order once that item is back in stock.  

Packages Not Received

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. After this, there is nothing we can do.
